ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY SmREETS.

been presented to be entered into with the State of California. in
accordance with a pro,ject statenent for expenditure of gas tax
funda for the fiscal �ea.r 195�-� �1located for ma,jor city r�treets in
the City of Lynvrood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said a.greement
in full and is familiar trith the contents thereof;
TAE��FORE, be it re�olved by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said agreement covering pronosed expenditurea of the
gas tax allocated for ma,jor city streets be and the same is hereby
adopted an� approved and tne idayor and City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behal_f of said Cit,y, �aid_ agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution b,y the authorized officials of the
