RESOLUTION OP THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNi��00D FIXING TITZE AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEAR-
ING IN REGARD TO EXPEATDITURE OF r^liIQDS DE�IVED
FROM 2 OF 1`o CITY SALES TAX.
r^�HEREAS, the City of Lynwood proposea to extnend a sum
not to exceed �14,000.00 derived £rom the collection of 2 of 1�
Cit,y Sales Tax for the purchase of new Police and Fire radio
equipment,
_ NOW, THEREFOR�, BE IT RESOLVED, that Tuesda,y, the 15th
day of September, 1953 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Ch�mber of the City Hall, L,ynwood, ia hereby designated as the
tiMe and place to hear any and all ob,�ections to said expenditure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk ehall cause
a copy of this resolution to be published in the Lynwood Prees, a
newspaper published, printed, and circulated in the City of Lynoaood,
California, and which said newepaper is hereby deaignated for tha.t
purpose.
