RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FSCT3 OF HEARING, AND
CONFIRMCNG ASSE38MENT, IN PHE MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF PORTIONB OF PENDLETON AVEATUE BY THE
CONSTRUCTiON OF CEMENT COIdCRETE CURBS AND CEMENT
CONCRETE GUTTER3 AND APPURTENANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under �he provisions of Divieion � oP the Btreeta
and Highways Code, cited ae the improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
menta thereto, the Cit,y Council oP the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No 2498 on the 21st day oP April 1953 de-
claring ita intention to order certain work to be done. RePerence is '
hereby made to said Reaolution of Intention for a description oP the
work or improvement, the aesessment dietrict, e.nd for Purther particu-
lara, which reaolution ie on�:file in the office oP the City Clerk of
eaid City; and
WHEREAB, the proceedinga purauant to said Reeolution of In-
tention have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner required
bq law; and
h7HEREAB, s notice of hearing on the proposed aeseaement has
been published, poeted, and mailed ma required by law; and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said asseesment was
held on the lst day oP September, 1953 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written proteate or obJectiona,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, ae follows:

accordance with laUr and that all of the actiona, determinationa, reeo-
lutions and ordera, and all of the proceedinge.heretoPore taken are
legal, valid, and aufYiclent and that the diagram attached to eaid
aesessment is legal, valid, and suPficient,

Ytereby confirmed and it ia hereby ordered that the warrant may be
