RE30LUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION OF THE FIRST
ALLEY 30UTHERLY OF CENTURY BOUI.,EVARD EXTENDING
EASTERLY OF HARRIS AVENUE,
WHEREAS, the City Council oY the City of Lynwood did, on
the 4th day of August, 1953 Paes its Resolution of Intention declar-
in� ite intention to vacate the firet alley southerl� of Century
Boulevard extending eaeterly oF Harrie Avenue, and
�JHI�I+;AS, said resolution wae published and notice of alley
vacation wae posted in the time, form, and manner required by law,
and ,
• WHEREAB, a full and impartial hearing wae hel@ on the lst
day of 3eptember, 1953 covering all the mattera deecribed in eaid
Resolution of Intention, and
WHEREAB, no proteats or ob,Jectiona were made at esid hearing
to said propoaed vacation of portions of the firat alley southerly
of Century Boulenard extending eaaterlq of Harria Avenue,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, ae followe:
Section 1: That the first alley eoutherly of Century
Boulevard extending easterly of Harris Avenue in Century Square, ae
per map recorded in Book 133. Pages 87 and 88 of Maps, Recorda of Loa
Angelea County, California, within.the corporate limite of the City
of Lynr�ood., California, ia unneceasary for preaent or prospective
public use and it ie hereby ordered that said alley be vacated and
�bandoned.
Section 2: That the City of Lynwood hereby reservea an
easement in, upon, over, and acvose said alley above described for
purpoaes of operating, constrLtctS�ng, and/or maintaining public
utilities, drainage, sanitar,y sewers, gas, 1lghts, water, and all
other easements of record:

Section 3: That the City Clerk ahall cauae a certified
, copy of said order tb be recorded in the ofPice of the County
, Recorder of aaid Gounty.
