Subject: RICO Records
I made a request a while back for the Town's RICO file. I renew my request now that litigation has
concluded. I am including Lou Roeder in this request because I suspect he, and probably others such as
news outlets, will want to sift through the Town's files, emails, text messages, and notes.
I think there is an orderly way to get this information out there as soon as practicable. I am sure open to
ideas in terms of categorizing tranches of documents.
