and Highwa,ys Code, cited as the Imnrovement Act of 1931, and amendmenta
thereto, tne City Council oi° the Cit,y o? Lyn��rood adopted ita Reeolution
or Intent�on iVo 2433 on the 19th dav of Augv.st, 1952,, declarings its
intention to order certain wor?v to be done, neference is hereby ma.de
to said Reaolution of 2ntention for a description of the [�rork or im-
provement, the asseser�ent district, and for further particulara, which
reaolution is on file in the office of the City Clerx of s2.id city; and

tion have been had an3 taKen in tne time, form, and r,�anner requiree� by
law; �nd
�rltiEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proUOSed asaeasment has
been publiehed, posted, and mailed ae reouired by 1aw; and
