' CITY Or bYNW00D, CALIrORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO VACATE CERTAIN PORTIONS Or THE rIRST ALLEY NORTH-
ERLY Or WAI,NiJT APEN[TE ERTENDING WESTERLY Or ELM STREET.
The City Council o£ the City o£ Lqnwood does hereby resolve as
followa:
Section 1: That that portion of the following described alley is
unnecessary for present or prospective street ourposes and that the public inter-
est, necessity and connenience require, and the City Council of said City hereby
declarea ita intention to nacate and abandon that portion of said alley described .
as follows:
The first alley northerly of Ylalnut Avenue lying between the
westerly line of Tract No. 9288, as shown on map recorded in Book ]21k, pages 42
and 43 of Maps, Recorda of Los Angales County, CaliPorn:ia, snd the northerly
prolongation of the weaterly lina of I,ot 17, Block 2, of said Tract No. 9288.
Section 2: That said portion of said alley as,above deecribed�
lying and being in said City of L,ynwood, is shown on Map No. �02 on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City, and to which all parties interested are re-
ferred to £or further ;�articulars zs to the proposed vacation and abandonment.
, Section 3: That the City o£ 7,ynwood reserves an easeu�ent in, over�
or upon said above described property for the construction, erection, and�or
maintenance therein of public utilities.
Section 4: That these proceedings are had and taken under the pro-
visions of Sections 8300 to 8324, both inclusive, of the Streets and Highways
Code o£ the Sta,te of California, as amended.
Section �: That Tuesda.q, the sth day of May, 1953 at the hour
Qf $:00 o�clock p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall in said City is hare..
b3� fixed as the time and pla.ce for hearing any protests or ob3ections to the pro-
posed vacat3on or abandonment o£ said alley.

putilish and post notice of the passage o£ this resolution in the time, form and
manner required^by law.
