Dear Mr. Thrasher:
This will acknowledge receipt of your E -Mail of June 30, 2016 at 9:49 a.m. (see
below), together with the attachment (see above).
The attachment, which accompanied your below E -Mail referred me to a site
(httn://www2. gulf-stream.ore/weblink/O/doc/94339/Page 1. asi)x).
The aforementioned link connects me with six pages commencing with Records
Request #1247 and I point out, was dated 6/23/16.
The request which I made in the aforementioned document was as follows:
"Provide a copy of all Records beginning on September 1, 2013 through the date of this Request which
show all payments made by the Town of Gulf Stream to MEO (as hereinafter defined). The term "MEO"
as used herein shall include the following: Martin E. O'Boyle, Citizens Awareness Foundation, Inc.,
Stopdirtygovemment, LLC, Rosewood Properties, Inc., Our Public Records, LLC, N984AC, LLC,
Marshall -Whittington, Inc., Airline Highway, LLC, CG Acquisition Company, Inc., Commerce Group,
Inc., Forrest -English, Inc., Asset Enhancement, Inc., Citizens for Open Government, LLC, Commerce
GP, Inc., Commerce Realty Group, Inc, CRO Aviation, Inc."
Your Responsive Documents which followed related to a check dated 10/1/14 (a
refund of a deposit for PRR#1443) and a wire in the amount of $180,000.00 which
appears to have been sent July 26, 2013.
Please note from the above Records Request that the beginning period in the
request was September 1, 2013. Consequently, the July 26, 2013 letter to SunBank
(the $180,000.00 wire) is not responsive because it was before the date
(9/1/2013). Further, the $244.81 return of deposit also should not be a Responsive
Document because (please look at the Request) it was not a "payment" but rather a
"reimbursement".
The above aside, please accept this E -Mail as an Amendment to our Request
#1247. The Amendment shall be added to the end of the Request and shall read as
follows:
"Excluded from the above shall be all checks which represent a
reimbursement of a portion of a deposit made, including, without limitation, the
deposit for
PRR#1443 (which is a Town of Gulf Stream designation)".
I now look forward to your corrected Response and your Response to the
Amendment to the Request.
