MAP OF ASSESSNIENT DISTRICT F'OR THE IT•fPROVET4ENT
OF PORTIONS OF PENDLETON AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUC- �
TION OF CEMEDTT CONCRETE CU'�?tB8 AND GUTTERS.
The CitY Council oP the City of Lynwood does hereby
reaolve as Pollows:
Section 1: That Plana and BpeciPications No. 1953-B-3 gor
the imbrovement of Portiona of Pendleton Avenue from Colyer Avenue
to Elm Avenue by the conatruction of cement concrete curbs and gutters,
including all incidental and appurtenant work, as preroared and. sub-
mitted by the Cit,y En�ineer of said City on the 20th da,y oP AAril,
1953 be, and the same are hereby adopted as the official plana and
apecificationa for doing said work and making said improvement. Said
plans and apecificationa are.marked 1 953-B-3 and shall govern for all
details of the propoaed work.
Section 2: That tne r�fap or Plat marked Plana No 1953-B-�
ahowing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and ex�enses of said work or imnrovement be, and
the same is hereby adopted as the "Official 2�fap oY the Asaessment
District° �or said work or improvement.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1953.
