RESOLUTION OF ORDF� OF VACATION FOR CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF THE rIRST ALLEY NORTHERLY OF VdALNUT
AVENUE,EXTENDING VIESTERLY OF ELhi STREET IN THE
CITY OF LYNVJOOD

L9nEREA9, the City Council oP the City of Lynwood did, on
the 7th day of April, 1953 Pass its Resolution oP Intention declar-
in� its intention to_vacate certain portions of the £irst alley
northerly of Walnut Avenue extending westerly of Elm Street, and
t+ikIEREAB, said reaolution was publiahed and notice of
alley vacation was poated in the time, Porm, and manner required by
law, and
WHEREA3, a full and impartial hearir� was held on the 5th
da,y.o�' May 1953 covering a11 the matters deacribed in said Reeolu-
tion of Intention, and
WHEREAS, no protests or ob�ections were made at said hearing
to said proposed vacation oP portions of the �irst a11e,y northerl,y
of >�dalnut Avenue extending westerly of Elm 3treet,
NOtV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oP Lym�rood, as follows:
Section 1: That the first alley northerly of "odalnut Avenue
lying between the westerly 11ne of Tract No. 9288 as ahown on map
recorded in Book 124, pagea 42 and 43 of D4aps, Records of Lo� Angelea
County, California, and the northerly prolongation oP the westerly
line oY Lot 17, Block 2, oP said Tra.ct No. 9288, within the corporate
limite of the Cit,y of Lynwood, California, is unneceesar,y Por present
or prospective public use and it ia hereb,y ordered that said street
and road be vacated and. abandoned.
8ection 2: That the City of Lynwood hereby reserves en
easement in, upon, over, and acroas said alley above described for
purpoaes of operating, constructing, and/or maintaining public
utilities, drainage, eanitary seVrere, gas, lights, water, and all

Section 3: That the City C1erk shall cauae a certified
copy of aaid order to be recorded in the oFfice of the County
