RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABATE DRY AND DRYING WEEAS ON
CERTAIPI PARCEIS OF LAND IN Tf� CITY OF LYNWOOD.
6Jf�RR.EAS, Chapter 13 of the Government Code, cited as "Weed and
Rubbish Abatement" provides for abatemant o£ dry and drying weeds that constitute
a public nuisance� and
WHEREA,S� it has been brought to the attention of the City Council of the
City of Lynwood b� the Superintendent of Streets that there exists a publie nuisance
on certain parcels of land in the City of Lyrnrood, as hereinafter more particularly
described,
