BY THE CONSTRUGTION OF AN ORNAPhENTAL STREET
LIGHTING SYSTEI4.
The City Council of the City oi Lynwood doea hereby
reeolve as followe:
IV'rIr'�iEAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit: the
construction of an ornamental street lignting s,ystem and apuurtenant
work on Long Beach Poulevard from Lynh�ood Road to Jo�ephine Street,
all as ahown on Plan No 1953-A-2 has been prepared by the City En-
gineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood, as
provided in Diviaion 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, cited as the
"Special Aesessment, Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931" as
amended, as directed by said City Council at ita regular meetin; held
on February 3, 1953�
NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follotive;
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood doea here-
by approve said report and. ordera that said report be filed with the
City Clerk.
2. That the City Council hereby fixed the 7th day of April
,
1953 at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m, as the da,y and. hour, and the Council
Chamber of the City Ha.11, 11331 Plaza Street, in the Cit,y of Lynwood,

California, as the place when a.nd where any and a.11 persons interested
ma.y a.ppear before said City Council and be heard on any matter pertain-
ing to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereb,y ordered to glve the notice
prescriUed by 8ection 2851 of said atreets and Highways Code referred
.to--and cited a.s ��Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and

-� Ma,jo Protest Act of 1931" to all persons designated in Section 2851.
