OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
HELD MAY 21, 2015
The Board of Public Works and Safety met in Executive Session on Tuesday, May 21, 2015, in the
Law Conference Room of the Richmond Municipal Building, 50 North 5`s Street, Richmond,
Indiana. President Vicki Robinson called the Executive Session to order at 4:30 p.m.
Members present were Vicki Robinson, Richard Foore, and Tony Foster.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice:
The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is for discussion of strategy with
respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or
option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6. 1 (b)(2)(D)
It is additionally certified that no votes or final actions were taken or conducted in the Executive
Session. Any final action is to be done in an open and public meeting in accordance with IC 5-14 -
1.5-4(c).
