MAY 28, 2015
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5:00 P.M., Thursday May
28, 2015, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5"' Street, Richmond, Indiana.
President Robinson called the meeting to order and the following business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Board members present were: Vicki Robinson, Tony Foster and Dick Foore.
Also in attendance were Kim Vessels, Assistant City Attorney; Karen Chasteen City Clerk; Greg Steins,
City Engineer; and, Media.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Foore moved to approve the May 21, 2015 minutes, supported by Mr. Foster. Upon a vote viva voce,
the motion carried.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
• Mr. Foore moved to approve the Claims for Payment for check run dated May 22, 2015 in the
amount of One Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Thirty Eight Dollars and Eighty Six Cents
($167,038.86), supported by Mr. Foster. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.
• Mr. Foster moved to approve the Claims for Payment for check run dated May 29, 2015 in the
amount of Three Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars and ninety
eight cents ($317,338.98), supported by Mr. Foore. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.

CONTRACTS
• CONTRACT NO. 66-2015 — PRO LAWN S CONCRETE (Metropolitan Development)

Not to exceed $22.00 /hour
Mr. Foster moved to approve, supported by Mr. Foore. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.
