The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, June
18, 2015, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5'" Street, Richmond, Indiana.
President Robinson called the meeting to order and the following business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Board members present were: Vicki Robinson and Dick Foore. Absent was Tony Foster.
Also in attendance were Walt Chidester, City Attomey; Monica Bums, Deputy City Clerk; Carter Heaston;
Human Resources Director Sue Roberson; and, Media.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Foore moved to approve the minutes, supported by Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion
carried.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT — None
REQUESTS — None
BID OPENINGS — None
BID AWARDS
• SOUTH 7TH STREET SIDEWALK PROJECT
One bid was received on June 11, 2015 in the amount of $115,072.50 which is over the
estimated cost.
Mr. Foore moved to reject this bid due to the fact it is over the budgeted amount, supported by Ms.
Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.
CONTRACTS
• CONTRACT NO. 71-2015 — MAGELLAN Rx MANAGEMENT, INC.
Pharmacy Benefit Management Services
Mr. Foore moved to approve the minutes, supported by Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the
motion carried.
• CONTRACT NO. 74-2015 —LEASE CONTRACT— 5 YEARS
WAYNET, INC.
Not to exceed $1.00 /year
Mr. Foore moved to approve the minutes, supported by Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the
motion carried.
