Home My Public Portal About05/02/1934TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA MINUTES OF THE TOWN COMMISSION, MAY 2, 1934 The regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida was held at the Town Hall on the 2nd day of May, A. D. 1934. Commissioners DeParlier, Adams and Adams were present. Miss Adams, Town Treasurer, stated that it would be necessary for the Town Commission to pass the following resolution before any money could be deposited or drawn from the Town's Depository in the Central Farmers' Trust Company and for that reason he offers the following resolution for adoption: "BE IT RESOLVED that the Central Farmers, Trust Company of West Palm Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby appointed a depository of the Town of Gulf Stream, Palm Beach County, Florida, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that all checks, drafts, certificates of deposit, or other orders for the withdrawal of money be signed and /or endorsed by any of the follmring officers: BY: BY M. L. DeParlier. Mayor. or COUNTERSIGNED BY: BY H. E. Adams Town omm ss cner. TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA BY Dorothy Adams Town reasurer. TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA BY Dorothy Adams Town reasurer AND that the Trust Comapny is authorized to pay to any officer or director or employee any check, draft or other order for payment of money signed as above authorized, without inggiry into or responsibility for the propriety of such payment. AND that any evidences of indebtedness of borrowing money, secured or unsecured, from the said Trust Company be signed and /or endorsed for this corporation by any of the following officers: COUNTERSIGNED BY: BY M.
