CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2007-17
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF CSO DAVID
KLISZCZ
WHEREAS, David Kliszcz is currently employed as a Community Service Officer (CSO)
by the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2007, David Kliszcz submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the police chief; and
WHEREAS, David Kliszcz's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective April 5, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
David Kliszcz's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Cavanaugh, Smith, Weir, and Johnson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
