Dear Ms. Schleicher:
Thank you for informing us of the infrastructure committee's recommendation of our firm
to provide the engineering services on the upcoming water main project. We hope to continue
furthering our relationship with the community through this important project.
We understand that the project won't start until the fiscal year begins in July 2013. We
have no problem with this arrangement and agree that our proposal/fee is effective until that
time.
