RESOLUTION NO. 19-9623
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INCREASE THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
BUDGET BY $90,000.00 IN THE UPCOMING PROPOSED
BUDGET AMENDMENT; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission believes that it is in the best interest of
the City to increase the City Attorney' budget by $90,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference;
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed increase the City Attorney's
budget by $90,000.00 in the upcoming proposed budget amendment.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption, and
is subject to the approval of the Governor of the State of Florida or his
designee.
