A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 329 SW 19TH STREET
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates the real estate at 329 SW 19th Street as R-2 One Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning classification to C-2 Commercial District;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate at 329 SW 19th Street is hereby changed to C-2
Commercial District.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of February, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
