WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property,
NOW,. THEREFORE, .E, BE I F RESCSI ED BY 1 IIE Gt VERNING BODY OF
MOAT CITY THAT:
The property detailed on the attached list is l ereby declared as surplus city
property.
1 his resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
