RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
\VHEREAS, application for renewal of certain Plenary Retail Consumption, Plenary
Retail Distribution and Club License have been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as the Borough Clerk reports that the requisite fee by each applicant has
been paid and is now in her office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that. the Plenary Retail Consumption
Licenses be issued by the Borough of Carteret and the appropriate ofticers of the
Borough are hereby authorized to issue and sign the same in the name of the Borough of
Carteret for the period commencing July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011, upon
application filed by:
