RESOLUTIOIQ AUTHORIZING GARBAGE COIQTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVID:
That pursuant to the authority contained in
8ection 4�2$0, Health and 8afety Code of the State of California,
the P•4ayor is a.uthorized and d_irected to enter into and contract
with Andre�a V. Hohn, yahich contract is presented herewith for
the disposal of garbage and trash, Aursuant to said contr2ct.
• Tne City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
PASSED and ADOPTID this 16th day of January, 1951.
