RE30LUTION COMI�IENDING JUDGE H�MENWAY
WHEREAS, in tne near future 3ta.te law vri11 dissolve the
City Court in the authorized court reorganization plan; and
TnIHEREAS, in the best interest of the City a union
through consolidation with the Juatice Court would result in a
more favorable poeition for the City under the plan, and tend to
secure a court for the City; and
VJHERF.AS, Howard Hemen4say has served the City of Lynwood
faithfully and unselfishly as City Judge ior nearly 20 yeara; and
I�iHE�EAB, thie spirit of selfleasneae was demonatrated
to all by his coopera.tion in this action;
NO��J, THREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID, by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood, that Judge Hovaard Hemenway be commended for
hie nany yeara of service to his community as Judge of the City
Court of the City of Lyntifood, and that thia document serve as a
reminder of the esteem and re3pect held by all toward a juat man.
