BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this resolution be filed forthwith in
the office oflhe Director of the Division of Local Govemment Services for certification of the
Calendar Year 201 0 budget so amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED, that tbis complete amendment, in accordance with the provisions
ofN.J.S.A. ,lOA: 4-9, be published in The Star Ledger in the issue of July 27, 2010, and that
said publication contain notice of public hearing on said amendment to be held at the Council
Chambers, Municipal Building on Allgust 5, 2010, at 6:00 o'clock pm.
