SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 16, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 5:22 p.m. in
the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
PRESENT: Councilmember — Chavez, Fish, Yu (arrived at 5:24 p.m.),
Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Community Development Director
Forbes, Administrative Services Director Hause, City
Attorney Greg Murphy, and Deputy City Clerk Nunez

City Council recessed to closed session at 5:23 p.m. and reconvened at 6:06 p.m.
with all members present.
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and
received a briefing on both items. There is no reportable action for Item A. Council
gave unanimous direction on Item B to settle the matter on grounds that will be
' approved in public by the Superior Court. There is no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The Special City Council meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
