I, Kim C. Drake, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began January 9, 2014 and ended January 9, 2014.

CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF
IDAHO, AMENDING McCALL CITY
CODE 2.1.070; ADOPTING THE 2012
EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL
BUILDING CODE AS ADOPTED BY
THE STATE OF IDAHO OR THE IDAHO
BUILDING CODE BOARD. TOGETHER
WITH ANY AMENDMENTS OR RE-
VISIONS TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BUILDING CODE, INTERNATIONAL
RESIDENTIAL CODE, AND INTER-
NATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVA-
TION CODE MADE BY THE IDAHO
BUILDING CODE BOARD THROUGH
NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING PRO-
CESS; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING REPEAL OF CONFLICT-
ING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1,
2014. This ordinance in particular amends
McCall City Code 2.1.070 to provide for
the adoption of the International Building
Code, 2012 Edition, as adopted by the state
of Idaho or the Idaho Building Code Board,
together with any amendments or revisions
to the International Building Code made by
the Idaho Building Code Board through the
negotiated rulemaking process. This ordi-
nance is effective on January 1, 2014. The
full text of the Ordinance is available for
review at City Hall and will be provided by
the City Clerk to any citizen upon personal
request, or can be viewed on the City web -
site at www.mccall.id.us.
