APPROVING PUBLIC REALlli SERVICES INTERLOCAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WIlli THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Public Health Services Agreement in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has determined that a renewal of its Inter-local
Services Agreement is beneficial to the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS. the Governing Body is desirous to enter into a new Inter~local Services
Contract with the County of Middlese." for a period of two (2) years, until December 31,
20ll as authorized pursuant to Nj.S.A. 40:8-1, et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret as follows:
1 The Public Health Services Inter-local Services Agreement with the County of
lvliddlese.'{ for the period of January 1,2010 through December 31, 20ll is
hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Inter-local
Services Agreement in a form approved by the Borough Law Director.
3. The Borough Clerk shall forward the executed agreement in the requested number
of counterparts to the Public Health Department, County of Middlesex, 75 Bayard
Street, Fifth Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-3605.
