OPENING MATTERS:
Call to Order— Community Development Director Forbes
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS / PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE
PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
1. File: PL 17-614. A Major Site Plan Review for a 486 square -foot addition to the front dwelling
unit in the R-2 Zone.
Address: 5927 Rowland Avenue
Recommendation: That the Community Development Director adopt the attached
resolution finding that the project is exempt from CEQA and approve File
PL 17-614 subject to the proposed conditions of approval.
Project Planner: Andrew Coyne, Management Analyst

Management Analyst Coyne gave a brief summary of the staff report.
Community Development Director Forbes opened the public hearing.
Jeffery Su, applicant, stated that he has reviewed and will abide by the conditions of approval.
Community Development Director Forbes closed the public hearing, approved PL 17-614, found that
the project is categorically exempt and adopted resolution 17-007 CDD.
