I IN THE MATTER OF THE IP+�ROVEMENT OF BRADFIELD AVENUE .
ET AL: RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF DEBT
' LIMITATIOIQ REPORT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve aa followa:
(1) That the public interest, convenience and neceseity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynwoo� propoees to
institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That tne general nature, location and extent of
such propoeed improvement are as follows:
The conatruction of cement concrete curbs and guttera
including all incidental and appurtenant work.
�-3) .It is hereby furtner determined. that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood adopta this resolution under and in �ccord-. �
ance with Section 4 of the Streete and Highways Code of the State
� of California which is known as the Special Aeaessment Investigation,
Limit�tion and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931 as amended, It is here-
by iurther determined that said City Council proposes to conduct the
proceedinga for said proposed work or improvement under an act oP
, the Legislature of the State of California known and designated as
the Improvement Act of 1911, as amended.
(�) The bow�dary or extent of the a.saeasment district to
te asaeased to pay the coeta and. expenaes of said i�provement 1s shown
on Plan No. 1951-C, on file in the o£fice of the City Clerk of eaid
City, which map shall govern For all details as to the extent of said
asaessment diatrict,

(�) That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to prepare and deliver to�said City Council a Urritten
report covering said work or imp in accordance with the pro-
viaiona of eaid "Special Assesa�ent Investigation, Limitation and
h3a�ority Proteat Act of 1931 as amended.
