Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 5:22 p.m. in
the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council recessed to closed session at 5:23 p.m. and reconvened at 6:06 p.m.
with all members present.
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and
received a briefing on both items. There is no reportable action for Item A. City
Council gave unanimous direction on Item B to settle the case on grounds for
approval by the public court. There is no other reportable action.
