RESOLUTION N0. 2301 `
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEP�ENT OF PEACH `
STREET: RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPAR-
ATION OF DEBT LIMITATION REPORT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows;
(1) That the public interest, convenience and neceesity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynwood propoaee to in-
atitute Proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, location and extent of auch
proposed improvement are ae follows:
The construction of cement concrete sidewalka, curba and
guttera, including all incidental and appurtenant work.
(3) It is hereby further determined that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood,adopts thia resolution under and in accordance
with 8ection 4 of the 8treets and Highwa.ys Code of the State of Cal-
ifornia �rhicn is known ae the Special Asaeasment Investigation, Limi-
. tation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. It is hereby
further determined that eaid City Council proposea to conduct the
proceedings for said�proposed work or improvement under an act of
the Legislature of the State of California known and deaignated ae
the Improvement Act of 1911, ae amended.
(�) The boundary or extent of tne asaesament district to be
assesaed to pay�the coata and expenses of said imArovement is ahown on
Plan No 1951-8 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City,
which map ahall govern for all details ae to the extent of said aesesa-
ment dietrict.

�5) That the City Engineer be and he ia hereby authorized
and directed to prepare �nd deliver to said City Council a written
report covering said work or improvement in accordance with the
provisiona of said "Special Assesament Inveatigation, Limitation
and Ma,jority Proteat Act of 1931,° as amended.
