The City Council of the City of Lynwood does resolve

SECTION 1. TYiat effective as ox lst day of Februa.rv,
Thonas �4. Le.Sa.ge be, and he ia hereby apnointed and employed as
Special Counsel to the City of Lynwood to represent.said City
� as reapondent in the appeal of the case of: The People :,
and the State of California, pla.intiff, vs. Per Haleen, in
� the Gity Court in said City of LynUrood, said case' being numbered .
13�53 and 13�5�. •
SECTION 2, That said appointee shall receive ae com-
". pensation for his services ae 3pecial Counael in said case, the
� eum of �150.00, which sum shall includ.e full and complete com-'�
pensation for services.heretofore rendered by the said Thomae W.
Le Sage in said case while the duly appointed qualified and act-
ing City Attorney of the Cit,y of Lynwood, as well as all future
- Eervices in connection with said a.ppeal, and until the ,judgment
