THE SALE BY THE COUNTY, PURSUAIQT TO DIVISIONS
1, PART 6, CHAPTEFi'], OF THE REVENUE AND
TAXATION CODE, OF CERTAIIQ PROPF.RTY�.SITUATED i
WITHIN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, APIll AGAINST tVHICH
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HAS LEVIED TAXES.
WF:ERE.A9, the following described parcel oP real property
ia situated within the City.of Lynwood, namely:

by the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County •to sell said
parcel of property in accordance with Diviaion 1, Part 6, Chapter

That the City of Lynwood, a taxing agency, doea hereby
ob�ect to the sale oP the said above described parcel of real pro-
perty by the County Tax Collector of Los Angelee County, in accord-
ance with Division l, Part 6, Chapter 7 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed
,•to immed.iately forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Loe Angelee, Hall of Recorda,
Loa Angeles, CaliPornia, and to H, L. Byram, County Tax Collector,
Room 156, Hall of Justice, Loa Angelea, California,
