NO�V, THEREFORE, it is hereb�r resolved and declared
b,y the City Cowzcil of the City of Lynwood, that the existance
of dry ard drying weeda on each oF said lots to be a public
nuieance, and it is hereby ordered tnat auch nuisance be abated
under the terms of that certain Act oi the Legislature of the
8tate o£ California above mentioned, as amended, and the Street
Superintend.ent of the City of Lynwood is directed to cause not-
ices to be given and posted which are necessary to be given and
posted as required by said Act, and this Council hereb,y fi:ces
the 20th day of March 1951, at 8:00 o'clock p.m, at the Council
Chambe of the City Covncil of aaid City, located at 11331 Plaza
Street, in said City of Lynwood, as the time and place of nearing
all protest to the abatement of said nuisances �vhich may be made
in the premises.
