Drake, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val- ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such notice began September 11, 2014 and ended September 11, 2014. Tom Grote Notary Public for Idaho Residing at McCall, Idaho Commission Expires 2/8/18 ORDINANCE NO. 925 CITY OF MCCALL AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE FY15 ANNUAL AP- PROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $17,531 ,774 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF McCALL FOR SAID FIS- CAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY- OR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO: SECTION 1. TITLE: This Ordinance shall be entitled and cited as the "FY15 Annual Appropriation Ordinance of the City of McCall." SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The City Council finds: A. As required by law, the city has duly noticed and held a public hearing on the 14 day of August, 2014 for a pro- posed Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-201 5 (FY15) for the City of McCall, Idaho; and B. That the sum of $17,531 ,774 be, and the same is, ap- propriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014. C That the appropriations and sums of money as are hereinafter set forth in Section 3 are deemed necessary to defray all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall for FY15. SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION OF EXPENDITURE: The City Council hereby adopts the budget and the appropriation of expen- ditures for the City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year be- ginning October 1, 2014, and ending September 30, 2015 the objects for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as follows: ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES: GENERAL FUND Mayor and Council $264,011 Info Systems $313,408 City Manager S340,043 Administrative Costs S342,034 Finance Department $271,235 Clerk Department $208,326 Local Option Tax Department $263,620 Community Development S550,121 Police Department S1,465,854 Parks $523,901 Grants S57,900 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) $595,787 Contingency $266,902 General Fund Total $5,463,142 Streets/Public Works Fund $2,263,008 Library Fund $446,539 Recreation Fund S1,187,932 Airport Fund S2,240,398 Capital Projects Fund $518,000 Golf Fund S954,027 Water Fund S2,189,228 Sewer Fund S2,269,500 SPECIAL REVENUE &c ENTERPRISE FUND EXPENDITURES S12,068,632 TOTAL PROPOSED EXPENDITURES $17,531,774 SECTION 4.TAX LEVY: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014. SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 6. The City Clerk is directed to forthwith publish this Ordinance and file a certified copy of the same with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Idaho as pro- vided in I.C. §50-1003 and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publica- tion in one issue of The Star -News, a newspaper for general circulation of the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City. Passed under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was taken and duly enacted an Ordinance of the City of Mc- Call, Valley County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of McCall City Council held on the 28 day of August, 2014.
