APPROVAL OF MINUTES The City Council is requested to review and approve the Minutes of Regular City Council Meeting of July 5, 2017. Recommendation: Approve. B. AWARD OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT TO PTM GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC. FOR THE CITYWIDE OVERHEAD STREET SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT (CIP NO. P-12-04) Three bids were submitted to replace the overhead illuminated street signs citywide with reflective metal signs. PTM General Engineering Services, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder. Recommendation: 1. Award a Public Works Contract to PTM General Engineering Services, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder Citywide Overhead Street Sign Replacement Project (CIP No. P12-04); 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Contract in an amount of $72,270; and 3. Authorize 10 percent for contingency allowance to be used if necessary at the City Manager’s discretion for unforeseen conditions in the amount of $7,227. C. VISA CARD REPORT The City Council is requested to receive and file the Visa Card Report. Recommendation: Receive and file. D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 17-5276 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 17-5276 authorizing the payment of bills.
