AUTHORIZING BIDS-
EAST CHERRY STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT
"'HEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that East Cherry Street in the Borough of
Carteret is in need of rehabilitation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, Cotmty ofwfiddlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for the East Cherry Street
Rehabilitation Project and are further authorized to advertise for the
receipt of formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 220' day of July, 2010
and certified as a true copy the
original on July 23, 2010.
