INDUSTRIAL ROAD LAi\'DSCAPil'IG IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that Industrial Road in the Borough of
Carteret is in need of landscaping improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for Industrial Road Landscaping
Improvements and are further authorized to advertise for the receipt of
formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 22" day of July, 2010
and certified as a true copy the
original on July 23, 2010.
