I, Kim C. Drake, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began May 7, 2015 and ended May 7, 2015.

ORDINANCE NO. 933
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING SUBSEC-
TION (H) OF SECTION 8-16-3, GROUND RULES,
OF CHAPTER 16, AIRPORT RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS, TITLE 8, PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY,
OF THE McCALL CITY CODE, TO ALLOW THE AIR-
PORT MANAGER TO ALIGN PARKING IN A MAN-
NER WHICH IS SAFE FOR AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS
WITHOUT HAVING AN OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE
A PARKING SPACE FOR SEASONAL TIE -DOWN
USERS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MC -
CALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Subsection (H) of Section 8-16-3,
Ground Rules, of Chapter 16, Airport Rules And Regula-
tions, Title 8, Public Ways And Property, of the McCall
City Code be and the same is hereby AMENDED as fol-
lows, to -wit: (H) No automobile shall be parked on the
airport property except in areas designated for that pur-
pose by the airport manager.

Any vehicle parked in an ti dow,c area other than as
herein provided shall be deemed to be involved in an ex-
traordinary circumstance and a threat to public safety and
the same shall immediately be towed away and impound-
ed under the direction of the McCall police department.
All costs of towing, impounding and storage shall be paid
prior to redemption of any such vehicle, as provided by
chapter 18, title 49, Idaho Code, which chapter is hereby
adopted by this reference. Operators of vehicles crossing
the taxiway adjacent to the tie down area shall exercise
due caution and must give way to all aircraft.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage, approval and publication, accord-
ing to law.

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, THIS
