A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PARK BOARD TO APPROVE APPROPRIATIONS TO THE PARK NON-REVERTING CAPTIAL FUND
WHEREAS, a Park Non-Reverting Capital Fund (Fund No. 261) has been established for the purpose of allocating funds from “improvement fees” collected by park activities for capital improvements
in parks throughout the City of Richmond; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that the Parks and Recreation Board have the authority to approve appropriations to said fund from these fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Parks and Recreation Board of the City of Richmond is hereby authorized to approve appropriations
from improvement fees collected by park activities to the Park Non-Reverting Capital Fund (Fund No. 261).
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
