CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2007-55
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE FINAL PLAT FOR
TOMAHAWK ACRES
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2007-38
WHEREAS, Richard Burke and Ralph Miller (the "Applicants") received approval from
the city of Medina (the "City") on August 21, 2007, of a final plat for property legally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, approval was valid for a period of sixty
days from August 21, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a 60-day extension in order to meet the terms and
conditions of approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The final plat must be filed with the County Recorder by December 19, 2007 or the
final plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is
submitted by the Applicant and approved prior to the deadline by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2007-38 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
