SPECIAL MrETIkiG
A special meeting of the Town Commission of the
Town of uulf%Stream. Florida was held on the 10th day of
Feburary A. D. 1937.
Commissiuners Wallace, Adams and Adams were present.
This meeting was called to discuss plans for the
coming General Eleutiun to be held in the 'Town on March 2nd, 1937.
A petition was drawn putting the names of James N. Wallace
as Mayor. H. E. Adams as Vice- „iayor and W. J. Bauer as Town Clerk.
A motion was made to accept this petition and was seconded. The
Town Clerk reported that a notice had been posted of the coming
election. 'Town Clerk Adams presented a sample of the official
bali.ot to be usea in the coming election. A motion was made to
accept the official ballot presented and was seconded. The
Commission appointea two clerks idrs W. J. Bauer ana ;,re Dick
Johnson and one inspector 'Town Clerk Adams to preside at the
election.
There being no further business to come before the
Commission the meeting was regularly adjourned.
