WastePro: Proposal for change in service levels and costs—switching from twice weekly garbage
pickup to once weekly and/or side door garbage and recycling service. Staff recommends city council approval
of a rate change depending on service level decision to reflect recent 1.6% rate contractual increase and a$1.94
charge per customer garbage cart to recover administrative solid waste fund costs and complementary senior
recycling expense.
