I, Kim C. Drake, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began March 17, 2016 and ended March 17, 2016.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
— MARCH 22, 2016 —
MCCALL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The McCall Redevelopment Agency will hold a pub-
lic hearing on Tuesday March 22, 2016 at 8:00 am, or
as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, at McCall
City Hall, Lower Level, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho for the purpose of receiving testimony from inter-
ested persons regarding the following item:
The McCall Redevelopment Agency (MRA) Annual
Report, which outlines the Agency's accomplishments
and financial condition for the fiscal year. The document
also serves the purpose of reporting to the governing body
and general public on the financial impact of carrying out
the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for units
within the agency's urban renewal districts, as required
by the state.
The McCall Redevelopment Agency Annual Report is
on file at the Community Development Department, Mc-
Call City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, ID, and is
available for review during regular business hours. The
McCall Redevelopment Agency Annual Report is also on
line on the City of McCall web page at www.mccall.id.us.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Written
