I, Kim C. Drake, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began July 28, 2016 and ended July 28, 2016.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
MCCALL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
PINE STREET PARCEL, MCCALL, IDAHO
McCall Redevelopment Agency (MRA)
is seeking proposals from interested parties in
serving as the developer/contractor of the unde-
veloped property in McCall's Central Business
District. Responsive proposals to this Request for
Proposals (RFP) must demonstrate a workable
planning and business framework for the use of
the property, consistent with the vision and other
planning documents. This RFP is a competitive
proposal process. The opportunity exists to seek
out a new owner that will develop a project and
provide the City and downtown with an active
and engaging use on the vacant parcel. It is hoped
that the property would become an activity center
