THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 56-2013) is made and entered into this
�_ day of , 2015, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through it Board of Aviation Commissioners with its office at 50 North 51h Street,
Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Harris Airport Systems, 4841 Cuba
Road, Wilmington, Ohio, 45177 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 56-2013 on April 18, 2013, which
Agreement retains Contractor to provide services in connection with the maintenance
of the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) for the Richmond Municipal
Airport; and
WHEREAS, The bid specifications to said contract addressed that the Contract would be extended
until April 30, 2016 and the parties wish to extend said Agreement in order that the
Contractor can continue to provide the AWOS maintenance services in accordance
with the scope of the Agreement under the same terms and conditions as set forth in
Contract No. 56-2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 56-2013, on April
18, 2013. Pursuant to Contract No. 56-2013, Section XI Miscellaneous, the
Agreement may be altered or amended in whole or in part at any time by filing with
the Agreement a written instrument setting forth such changes signed by both parties.
As set forth above Contractor shall continue to perform the AWOS maintenance
services as set forth within Contract No. 56-2013 as extended to and including April
30, 2016 at the same yearly rate not to exceed One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars
and Zero Cents ($1,600.00). Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent
with Contract No. 56-2013.
City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and covenants
contained in Contract No. 56-2013, shall be applicable to the work performed
pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with
this Addendum Number 1, in which case this Addendum Number 1 shall be
controlling.
3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the Agreement
to and including April 30, 2015, Contract No. 56-2013 shall remain intact and
unchanged and in full force and effect.

4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative capacity
hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her principal to
execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and approved by the undersigned
representatives of the City and Contractor this _Lq+�day of M&x4- , 2015, to be effective
in accordance with its terms as of April 30, 2015.
