AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AMENDING SECTION 19-401,
(STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(J),(PARKING PROHIBITED),SUBPARAGRAPH
(A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF PORTIONS OF
CHESTNUT STREET AND CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking Prohibited),
Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of portions of Chestnut Street and Capitol Avenue, as follows:
Chestnut Street: ht the 200 block,on the west half thereof, north of the north curb line of Hlith
Street to the alley known as Commercial Way.
Chestnut Street: in the 200 block, the cast half thereof, south of the south curb line of Capitol
Avenue to the alley known as Commercial Way.
Chestnut Street: in the 100 block,both sides thereof,that area north of the curb line of Capitol
• Avenue.
Capitol Avenue: In the 800 block,on both sides thereof, 200 feel west of the west curb line of
Chestnut Street.
Capitol Avenue: in the 900 block,on both sides thereof, 115 feet east of the cast curb line of
Chestnut Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage an approval. l
