Regular meeting of the Council-.
Mayor Vahlsing presiding, and councilmen all present-.
Minutes of the last meetings were read and on motion byLindaman
second by Kruse, approved as read- motion carried.
It '^:ras moved and seconded. that a CLEAN UP notice be published
in the Wellsburg Herald.
!.loved and seconded that Dog owners be notified to get a License
for their Dogs,c.tnd that notice be published in thy, local paper.
Health Dept reported to the councilof the Unsanitary condition
of the Huisman feed and storage building, and the council ordered the
Clerk to notify Frank Huisman to remove the offence and nuisance.
A report regardin transfer of a Class P beer hermit was read. to the
Council.
It was moved by Kruse second by Okones that the To,�,n take out
a. Group Accident Policy for the Volunteer firemen- motion carried.
It was moved by Haack second by Lindaman that the Town buy
a new Gas 1,1ask for the Fire Uompany- motion carried.
It was moved that A Earl Anderson be annroved as Fireman. C arried.
It was moved by Luwe second by Haac'r. that the Bond of Otta Tjad.en
be approved- motion carried.
It was moved by Kruse second by Lindaman that the following
Recolutions for transfer of funds be adopted.
From the General Fund to tl-_e Consolidated Fund $2659.14
fill Grading Fund to the 01 252.61
Sno�R, Removal to the fill 300.67
" Sewar,e Di sposa.l. to the fill 101.34
Elect Li.�cht to the fill 114.87
Vote oid the resolution as follows;-
