I, Tricia Warren, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began July 20, 2017 and ended July 20, 2017.
Subscribed and sworn before me this the 20th day of July, 2017.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY,
IDAHO AMENDING CHAPTER 16,
AIRPORT RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS, OF TITLE 8, PUBLIC WAYS
AND PROPERTY, OF THE McCALL
CITY CODE AS FOLLOWS: IN SEC-
TION 8-16-7 ADDING SECTION
M CREATING PAID VEHICLE
PARKING AREAS AT THE AIR-
PORT AND ADDING SECTION N
AUTHORIZING SNOW REMOVAL
FROM LEASED PROPERTY FOR A
FEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE THEREFOR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Mc -
CALL, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Section 7, Chapter
16, Airport Rules and Regulations, of
Title 8, Public Ways and Property, of
the McCall City Code (8.16.7), be, and
the same is hereby, AMENDED as fol-
lows, to -wit:
(M) Paid Vehicle Parking Areas:
Paid vehicle parking areas may be des-
ignated by the council. Rental fees as
well as rules and regulations for paid
vehicle parking areas and enforcement
thereof shall be as established by reso-
lution of the council.
(N) Snow Removal From Leased
Property: The City, upon written
agreement with airport leaseholders
may remove snow from leased prop-
erty for a fee to be established by reso-
lution of the council.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect after its passage,
approval and publication, according
to law.
